Once again the sun shone down on us as the Society visited the hickory course in Fife [more]

Society returns to winning ways!

The 6th match hosted by Musselburgh Old was held on Saturday 10th April in great weather and resulted in a win by the Society by 4
½ matches to 1½ [more]







  Anniversary celebration
7th March is always a famous date in our society calendar, being the day in 1744 when the first rules were signed. This year we celebrated with lunch in Leith Lynx restaurant, after which our guest speaker, David Purdie, entertained us with tales of "The Gowff" [more]

Merchants Golf Course
We now have a connection with The Merchants and we hope to take up an invitation to use the club's facilities.

Statue of John Rattray
Now that we are the proud owners of a Maquette of the statue by David Annand, a special sub-committee has been formed to take forward the funding of the full-size statue. Pictures of the statue
